Mr. Dzumbunu is the Managing Director – Consultancy Services at Blester Marketing (Pvt.) Ltd.  He is a holder of a Bachelor of Accountancy Hons (BACC) from the University of Zimbabwe.  Mr. Dzumbunu is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accounts Zimbabwe (CAZ).

Mr. Toindepi Muganyi

Mr. Muganyi is a mining engineer is former CEO of AIM listed ASA Resources and former operator of Freda Rebecca Mine. He has more than 25 years mining experience in gold, PGMs, diamonds and base metals including copper and nickel in Southern Africa including Botswana, DRC and Zimbabwe.

Mrs. Patricia Nyazenga

Mrs. Nyazenga has a number of banking qualifications with local and regional institutions. Her work experience spans local, regional and international banks having cut her teeth in banking as a graduate trainee in 1994. Patricia first rose through the ranks to Head of Credit Department with a local bank and then with a regional bank. She brings a wealth of experience in bank credit management to FBC.

Wilbroad holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College of Science and Technology University of London, U.K and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Zimbabwe, as well as a Global E. D. P. from Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria.  He has over thirty years’ experience in the chemical industry.

Prior to joining Cernol, Wilbroad worked for Chemplex Corporation Limited where he rose through the ranks to become the General Manager and Trinidad Industries (Private) Limited, where he obtained extensive experience in Exports, Marketing and Project Management.

Finance Director

P. Munyanyi

Patrick is an MBA Finailist with the University of Zimbabwe at Dissertation stage and is also studying towards a qualification with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.  He is also an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Secretaries and is a Registered Public Accountant and Auditor.  Prior to his appointment as General Beltings’ Finance Director, Patrick was engaged as the Group Finance Executive with SMM Holdings.  He also worked for Hunyani Paper and Packaging (1997) (Private) Limited in various capacities within the Finance Department between 1985 and 1997 when he left the company at the level of Financial Controller.

GENERAL MANAGER – CHEMICALS

E. Mwinga

Elton has steadily risen through the ranks since joining Cernol Chemicals as a Research & Development Chemist in April 2005. He assumed the position of General Manager in November 2017 after having previously served as Operations Manager from July 2008. Elton holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences Honors Degree majoring in Applied Chemistry from NUST, Zimbabwe and is presently studying for a Master’s in Business Leadership degree with BUSE, Zimbabwe. He is also a trained Quality Management Systems auditor as well as a member of the Standards Association of Zimbabwe’s (SAZ) Chemical Standards Council, which oversees the development and setting of national chemical quality standards in Zimbabwe.

GENERAL MANAGER – RUBBER

J. Gunda

Joseph is a holder of a Bachelor of Technology Degree (Honours) in Applied Chemistry and Chemical Technology; and a Master’s in Business Administration Degree (MBA) both from the University of Zimbabwe.  He has 28 years in production and operations management in the plastics, ceramic and rubber industries.  Prior to joining the division he was with Lobatse Clay Works in Botswana.

The group attributes its performance to the initiative and capabilities of its people.  The operational management of the Group is delegated to the Executive Committee which is chaired by the Managing Director and includes the Finance Director, the two General Managers, and the Human Resources Executive.  The Committee ensures the implementation of strategy and policies
