Mr. Tichaona Mabeza
Mr. Mabeza is an accomplished professional and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Zimbabwe and is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute. He is Group Company Secretary of a listed large blue-chip financial services group with over thirty years’ experience. He also is a board member of some of the Group’s subsidiary entities and is Chairman of the Group’s Pension Fund.

Mr. Davies Ndumiso Sibanda
Mr. Sibanda is an accomplished labour law expert, human resources strategist, and management consultant with over three decades of diverse experience across education, corporate HR, and international consultancy. He is a qualified legal and human capital professional, holding an LLB (Hons), an Advanced Labour Law qualification, and multiple executive diplomas in strategic management, finance, industrial relations, and training.
Mr. Sibanda is currently serving as Managing Director and Lead Consultant at Stratways Consulting, whose clients are in mining, manufacturing, agriculture, NGOs, and government sectors. With deep expertise in labour law, dispute resolution, performance management, and capacity development, he has shaped national labour discourse through training, publications, and leadership in multiple National Employment Councils. He is renowned for his practical solutions, systems thinking and continues to influence labour relations and strategic HR management across Southern Africa.

Mr. Tapiwa Zhou
Mr. Zhou is a highly qualified and results-driven finance professional, holding credentials as a Chartered Accountant (CA) – ICAEW, Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) – ACCA, and Registered Public Accountant (RPA), complemented by an MBA from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Zimbabwe. He has 14 years of comprehensive experience in the banking and financial sectors and is currently the Chief Finance Officer at Lenderspark Finance, a division of NBS Bank Microfinance Division.

Dr. Tariro Mushayavanhu
Dr. Tariro Mushuku-Mushayavanhu is a highly accomplished medical professional with over 17 years of progressive experience in clinical practice, healthcare management, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Director of the Hospitals Division at Premier Service Medical Investments (PSMI), she brings extensive expertise in overseeing healthcare operations, optimizing service delivery, and driving organizational growth.
She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from the University of Zimbabwe and an MBA from the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI). Dr. Mushuku-Mushayavanhu is also a member of the Zimbabwe Medical Association (ZiMA) and the College of Primary Care Physicians of Zimbabwe (CPCPZ.

Mr. Toindepi Muganyi
Mr. Muganyi is a mining engineer is former CEO of AIM listed ASA Resources and former operator of Freda Rebecca Mine. He has more than 25 years mining experience in gold, PGMs, diamonds and base metals including copper and nickel in Southern Africa including Botswana, DRC and Zimbabwe.

Mrs. Patricia Nyazenga
Mrs. Nyazenga has a number of banking qualifications with local and regional institutions. Her work experience spans local, regional and international banks having cut her teeth in banking as a graduate trainee in 1994. Patricia first rose through the ranks to Head of Credit Department with a local bank and then with a regional bank. She brings a wealth of experience in bank credit management to FBC.

J. Gunda
Joseph is a seasoned business leader with over 33 years industrial experience. Prior to this appointment, Joseph served as General Manager of General Beltings, the flagship division of GB Holdings, for 13 years. He has a distinguished career spanning various blue-chip companies in Zimbabwe, including Saltrama Plastex, Zimbabwe Sugar Refineries, Chemplex Cooperation, and Clay Products, where he rose through the ranks. Additionally, he had a 3-year stint in Botswana working for Botswana Development Corporation’s Lobatse Clay Works.
Joseph holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree (Honours) in Applied Chemistry and Chemical Technology and an MBA, both from the University of Zimbabwe. He is a respected figure in industry, having held various key positions at the Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries (CZI), including Chamber President for Matabeleland and National Vice President, a role he currently holds.

P. Munyanyi
Patrick is an MBA Finailist with the University of Zimbabwe at Dissertation stage and is also studying towards a qualification with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He is also an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Secretaries and is a Registered Public Accountant and Auditor. Prior to his appointment as General Beltings’ Finance Director, Patrick was engaged as the Group Finance Executive with SMM Holdings. He also worked for Hunyani Paper and Packaging (1997) (Private) Limited in various capacities within the Finance Department between 1985 and 1997 when he left the company at the level of Financial Controller.

GENERAL MANAGER – CHEMICALS
E. Mwinga
Elton has steadily risen through the ranks since joining Cernol Chemicals as a Research & Development Chemist in April 2005. He assumed the position of General Manager in November 2017 after having previously served as Operations Manager from July 2008. Elton holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences Honors Degree majoring in Applied Chemistry from NUST, Zimbabwe and is presently studying for a Master’s in Business Leadership degree with BUSE, Zimbabwe. He is also a trained Quality Management Systems auditor as well as a member of the Standards Association of Zimbabwe’s (SAZ) Chemical Standards Council, which oversees the development and setting of national chemical quality standards in Zimbabwe.
GENERAL MANAGER – RUBBER
J. Musabengana
Justine has more than 20 years’ experience working to international standards within high-profile heavy manufacturing industrial companies in Zimbabwe. Early experience was achieved working at Rubber & Allied (Pvt) Ltd, Carnaud Metalbox Zimbabwe Ltd, Dunlop Zimbabwe Limited, and currently at Pigott Maskew and General Beltings. He has excessive knowledge in Rubber and Plastics manufacturing, Prototype and Process design. Additionally, he has knowledge of ISO Management Systems, process optimisation and solid high-performance towards customer relations.
Justine is a holder of Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Marketing- National University of Science and Technology, LCCI –Marketing Diploma and National Diploma in Rubber Technology. He is a finalist of a Master of Business Administration Degree in Strategic Management [BASM] with the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) Graduate School of Business.
